What Is Indigigs.com ?

Indigigs.com is a marketplace offering the offshore service platform for freelancers ( aka providers ) and buyers.

What is exclusive about Indigigs.com?

In normal offshore outsourscing or freelance project site, buyers post their requirements and providers bid on them.
But on Indigigs.com the system is quite exclusive!

On Indigigs.com Providers will place their skills for Sale! And Buyers will come to the Marketplace and see,
which provider has the skills and the reasonable cost as per their budget. And will select the Provider!

What about the trust deal?

Upon Selection, the Buyer, will have to deposit the total fees on which he has purchased the skills into Indigigs.com.
Providers will be notified about the same. And then only the programmers will start working on the project. Upon
successful completion of the project, both parties will submit their report and the payments will be cleared by the site.

How much is the fees?

Offering Skills is absolutely free. There is no charge for this, now or in future.
Once a project is awarded a flat fees of 5% is charged from the funds getting paid to the Provider.

We are doing it in accordance to stay clear and secure, so as no further issues like Data Theft, Material Theft, Breach of Contract could be repeated.

Recently we found the same problem with one of our Past Employee's,

Santanu Bera. He has been working with Micronix System, Salt Lake. The earlier director get in touch with us for the same issues, when our director contacted him.

We came to know that this guy is a IT Crime repeater and he is involved in stealing data, put in virus based files and damage client company relations.

The same has been faced by CanDeo Tech and a lot of loss too. CanDeo Tech, has been waiting for him to clarify his state but he made things even more wrong and has did more big blunders.

( The Detailed Information about Mr. Bera with Profile and Pic and Govt ID will be posted here once legal cell is implemented.)

Based on all this, we have decided to take further action on this person.

This all resulted in this Employee List Revealing and sending it to other firms for verifications.

Our Legal Cell will be setup ed by 15th of June and we will come up with all required action against the same person involved and for future issues.

Same will be posted accordingly.

In past few months we have found all over the web about the Penny Auction revolution. Everyone is talking for the same.

We sneaked into the Swoopo.com - the actual site which contributed & initiated this all story. Its a great piece of work done by its actual programmers. They have developed a whole new kind of system for sales & auction segment of web.

Being ourselves a Custom Web development firm, we too thought of doing something like this in the same lead. We started with some initial researches, etc & found that its quite a robust system and highly advanced than the on going auction system.

At CanDeo Tech, we have always been doing our 100% to make sure that what work we opt for, we should complete that for sure.

We did it and now we too have a ready to go Clone of Swoopo.com! Would like to mention here that we have done it with following the structure of theirs. But have not copied the Trademarks or have not done any copyright violations.

The opportunity to fund for the project was being provided to us by Mr. M Ali Hasan, of Avara International, USA. He have been very co-operative and was there with us through all the time of study and development. On his financial support we were able to take on the whole system done correctly and even now we can claim more advanced :) lol!

Our whole system of this Auction system have all type of auctions, including Penny Auction, Normal Auction, Reversed auction, Express Auction, etc.

Dating Project Delayed & Codes Unfinished

CanDeoTech have been working over the project : Dating site for its regular client. This project was being considered as completed, as before leaving CanDeoTech, its alleged data theft accused and NDA violator programmer, Shri Kishore, had confirmed. Now as after client & CanDeoTech's thorough check of the project, it have been found that the proejct was never completed.

Its again a point of accustion on Mr. Shri Kishore. A suite & legal notice will be soon server on this issue to the past employee.

But due to the Code Theft at CanDeoTech, the launch have been delayed to make sure the security of the website & its architecture & program.

Codes Theft & Employee Involvement

CanDeoTech's past employee Named : Shri Kishore, Who was recently promoted on account of good works performance & who resigned in the month of April on account of some personal issues have been found involved in Code theft of the projects he have worked in CanDeo Tech.

The project codes theft and contacted to the client incident happened some 1 month + back. The project was - Sitter Socials. The client Ranjan Datta confirmed, he had offered, Mr. Shri kishore $$ for the works. Later they both have been absconding.

(Apart of this we have suspiscion of more code thefts of more proejcts. He had signed NDA of not manipulating information out of office, but he simply voilated the agreement)

Due to this incident CanDeo Tech have got a huge loss of over 1.10 lakh INR.

CanDeo Tech have already opened the dispute in the tech forum to blacklist the programmer. Latest reports on the issue will be soon published here.

Today! We have finally lost everything on the project which we have worked for last 4 months.

Both of them have made CanDeo Tech a huge loss of the original project fees of 2100 USD + making us mentally torchered. We the team of CanDeo Tech of 5 programmers and 1 designer + 1 project manager were working for last 4 whole months on developing new website for Sitter Socials.com & their new Domain name too www.sittersocials.net

But Today, they finally theft off all the codes and the designs and the complete control panel access from us. I am sure, One of employee too is involved there, because the password's were only available with my employees.

But at the end of the day, the San Diego based www.sittersocials.com, sitter socials, firm have made us to count our loses.

In the last few months of the freelancing business this is the 3rd time in regular that these USA based firms have cheated us with huge money losses to us. Based on these we are now moving ahead to file a proper complain over them.

I still dont have any idea of how to make a proper legal action against them. But I will check out and will surely let them meet their fate!

Its a very sad day of my life!

Maestros-ITES, CanDeo Tech's domestic wing, is offering a proposal for Investors, for running a Sitter Service in India.

Offer is at the following terms:

1. Technology & its aspects will be dealt by Maestros-ITES.

2. Finances & Marketing shall be taken care by proposed investors.

3. Partnership will be on a basis of 60:40 basis, where 60% stake in profit will be rewarded to Maestros-ITES for a period of 10 years ( inclusive of - Concept pricing, Initiator & technology charges )

From 24th February, we have started an employee performance and evaluation program. Under which we will go through the close check of clients behave, working capabilities, skill re-check, and and tests.

This will have a process and a Idea as Similar to "Best Employee of the Month".

Under this the process will flow as:

1. We will give 1 Star to 1 employee out of all employees on daily basis.
2. We have 30 star's with us for the whole month.
3. Minimum requirement of achieving 2 Star is required by every employee in consequent month in a row to stay in the firm.
4. Whoever will have maximum number of stars in a month, will be honored as "Best Employee Of The Month".
5. If a employee will own maximum number of stars in a month, and that too, +10 stars, shall be awarded with honorable gifts and if this will continue with the same employee for consequent 2 months, he/she shall be awarded with Promotion's or Increment.

We are highly rigid and strict towards the whole FIRM performance to be the best, in order to give our clients the best services and to sustain in a long term business relations!

Employees Sacked

The Worst

CanDeoTech's contractual employees, Deepanwita Saha & Subham Roy were sacked from the firm on allegation of theft of data from the office while their contract period at CanDeo Tech. Both of them where husband and wife. They had switched to CanDeoTech from E-Solz, Kolkata.

At the very first month of the working, they will working properly with making good relation with everyone at the firm. But suddenly, they started to excuse office attendance every next day. The first thought which was in HR teams mind was about their familiy issues, which they had discussed. Later they found that the data of project's were leaking out of the firm.

Once the investigations happend, the story came up was un excusable and was seriously hilarious.

They had contacted rival partys of the project they had been working on and simply sold off the complete data to them at the price of 3500 USD.

CanDeo Tech have sued them off the firm & have imposed criminal case over them.

This was so far the worst ever happend event at CanDeo Tech.
